Tri-M Members will put all bags on vans and will be moving to the Fairfield Inn for Friday evening. Check in will be after 3:00 PM. See below for the schedule. All dress will be business casual. NO sweat pants, shorts, yoga pants, etc. You are attending a convention and need to look professional. NICE jeans, sweaters, shirts are appropriate.
Friday, 2/24
10:00—4:30, Attend the convention—concerts, exhibits, and sessions are your choice. Lunch is on your own. There is fast food at the exhibits or you can walk somewhere. We will be busy at the convention.
TBA (sometime around 4:30), Meet Ms. Lovell to check in Fairfield Inn
4:30 (TBA), Meet for dinner—this will be at a nice restaurant, make sure you have $$$

8:00—noon, check out concerts, there are several all-state orchestra, etc.

3:00, 1234A Band Concert
