Show up to begin loading buses at 4:30 AM. Be on time—we must be on schedule. Wear jeans w/out holes, band t-shirt, band hat, and black dinkles. Bring money for breakfast, lunch in the fair grounds & dinner. You may change clothes after the parade.

• 4:30, Load buses—instrument, sticks, reeds, valve oil, etc.

• 7:00, stop in Augusta for breakfast at McDonald’s

• 8:00, depart Augusta

• 9:00, arrive at State Fair

• 9:30, marching step off for parade

• 10:30, change clothes and go enjoy the State Fair

• 2:30, Load buses and depart the Fair

• 4:00, Stop at Spangle’s for dinner

• 9:00, Arrive at CUHS
