State Band Auditions are in Salina at Lakewood Middle School. We will depart CUHS on Friday at 9:35 AM and be home 7:00—8:00 PM on Saturday. You will need to have $$ 3 fast food meals and one nice meal on Friday evening. Dress will be casual. Auditions are blind, but remember to look nice as you will perform better if you are dressed appropriately—please don’t wear shorts, sweat pants for your auditions. Below is a timeline.

Friday:

• 9:30 AM, Depart CUHS

• 12:30, Lunch in Wichita at Chic Fila

• 1:30—3:30, Walk around the mall

• 4:30, Check in the Hampton Inn in Salina

• 6:00, Dinner

• 11:00, Lights out

Saturday:

• 8:30, Depart hotel for school

• 9:00, Audition cuts posted—check your room

• 10:00, Auditions begin—check your time on the room

• 2:00, Depart Salina

• 4:30, stop for food—fast

• 7:30, Arrive CUHS
