Wear nice clothes for the convention. You will be connecting with prominent professionals in the music profession from all across the state. No sweat pants, shorts, clothes with holes. Look sharp! You are responsible for your own meals. We will be in meetings & sessions throughout the weekend. Students are responsible to have good character and represent our school with excellence.

• 5:00 PM - Depart CUHS

• 7:30 - Dinner, fast food

• 8:00 - Check in Fairfield Inn, Wichita Downtown

Thursday, 2/24

• 8:00 AM - Breakfast in Hotel

• 10:30 - Depart for Lunch/Fast food

• 11:00 - Check in All State Band Rehearsal

• 4:00- Check in Convention & attend the Exhibits

• 5:00 - Dinner

• 8:00 - Evening Concert at Century II

• 11:30 - Lights out

Friday, 2/25

• 8:00-9:30 AM - Tri-M Session in Service Club

• 9:30-noon - Attend clinic, concert or exhibits

• Noon-1:00 - Lunch on your own

• 1:00-4:30 - Attend clinic, concert or exhibits

• 5:00 - Meet for dinner

• 8:00 - Concert- All State String Orchestra, CII Concert Hall

• 9:30 - Late Night Jazz, Hyatt Ballrooms D-H

• 11:30 - Lights Out

Saturday, 2/26

• 11:00 - Lunch/Check -out

• 12:00 - All State Jazz Concert, Mary Jane Teale Theatre

• 3:00 - All State 56A Band Concert, concert Hall

• 5:00 - All State 1234A Band Concert, Concert Hall

• 6:30 - Depart for Home
