Band members should arrive by 3:30 PM—parking will be limited so plan on arriving early. You should be seated at the gym no later than 4:15. Take your own stand over—chairs will be there. Bring your own stand back. Some of you will be responsible for getting seniors instruments to and from the gym—please take care during this process. Wear nice clothes of your choice. Again, no rompers, shorts, jeans, sneakers. Make sure all instruments, stands and equipment you used is returned to the band room after the ceremony.
